| GENERAL DESCRIPTION |
Please call for special or morning event package pricing Deposit: A retainer of $500.00 for the rental is required to secure your date. Your deposit will be applied to the final payment. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable if events are cancelled. A damage/security deposit of $500.00 must be paid in full before final payment, 30 days before scheduled event. Security deposits will be returned within 20 business days after the event, if no additional quests, damage to facility, or charges are due.
Payment: Client to pay either monthly or quarterly payments. Final payment is due 30 days before event. We accept personal checks, certified cashier’s check and money order.
Liquor: Silver Sycamore does not have a liquor license. Our clients are permitted to bring in their own alcohol: however a licensed insured bartender is required. All certificates shall be provided before the event. All items for bar must be brought in by the client. This includes ice, cups, champagne flutes, and coolers for alcohol. All liquor must be brought in and out in unopened containers. It is against the law to take open alcohol containers from your event. Therefore, open bottles will be disposed of by your bartender. This is a Federal and State Law, and no exceptions will be made.
Music: DJ’s and acoustic music are permissible kept at reasonable levels.
Food: Left over cake is yours to take home. Food left over from the buffet that has been contaminated cannot be taken home. Any food in reserve in unopened containers is yours to take home.
Facility: The facility may be rented for additional event hours for $300.00 per hour plus staff, services, food and any other fees that would apply.
